Yes. Shuttle transportation will be provided starting at 10:30pm. Please share your hotel information in the RSVP questionnaire so we can coordinate pickup details.

Getting from Cancun (CUN) or (TQO) to Tulum

For your comfort and to ensure the best rates, we highly recommend booking your airport transfer in advance. Both Cancun and Tulum Airports do not allow standard rideshares (like Uber) to pick up at the terminal, and last-minute taxis at the curb can be significantly more expensive.

We suggest booking a Private Shuttle through Caribbean Transfers or USA Transfers.

• Why book ahead? Your driver will meet you outside the terminal with a sign, helping you bypass the airport "sharks" and head straight to your hotel.

• Travel Time from (CUN): The drive to Tulum is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours.

• Travel Time from (TQO): The drive to Tulum is approximately 35 minutes to 45 minutes.

Once you’ve settled into your hotel, we recommend downloading the InDrive app for local trips around the city or to the beach. It is the most common way to get around and is often much cheaper than flagging a street taxi.
